1. General Information
1.1 These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the BSTEP website and all purchases made through our platform.
1.2 By browsing our website, placing an order, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
1.3 If you disagree with any provision stated here, kindly refrain from using our website or placing an order.
2. Product Information & Pre-Order Policy
2.1 BSTEP sources most of its products from trusted international suppliers. Products marked as Pre-Order are imported specifically after your order is confirmed.
2.2 Product descriptions, specifications, images, and materials are collected from the original suppliers. Minor differences in color, texture, or material may occur due to manufacturing variations, lighting, or display settings.
2.3 Although we carefully select our suppliers, we do not independently test products in certified laboratories. Therefore, we cannot guarantee laboratory-certified material compositions.
2.4 To begin the international procurement process, pre-order items require a partial or full advance payment. For selected Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a small refundable security deposit may be required to reduce fake or rejected orders.
3. Order Policy
3.1 Only products displayed on our official website or verified sales channels are available for purchase.
3.2 Products labeled Pre-Order are imported from overseas and require additional processing time.
3.3 Products labeled In Stock are available in our local inventory and can be dispatched immediately.
3.4 Full Cash on Delivery is available only for eligible stock items.
3.5 Once payment for a pre-order has been confirmed and the sourcing process has started, the order cannot be cancelled.
4. Shipping & Delivery
4.1 Open Box Inspection
Customers are encouraged to inspect the package in front of the delivery representative before accepting the parcel.
4.2 Local Delivery
Dhaka: Approximately 2 working days
Outside Dhaka: Approximately 3–4 working days
4.3 International Pre-Orders
Imported products generally require 20–30 working days for delivery.
4.4 Unexpected Delays
Delivery may occasionally take longer due to customs clearance, international holidays, airline schedules, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, an additional 20–30 working days may be required.
4.5 Warranty
Since products are directly imported from overseas suppliers, BSTEP does not provide any post-purchase warranty. Customers are requested to verify the product during delivery through our Open Box Policy.
5. Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
5.1 Eligible Cases
Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:
The received product is damaged or defective.
You receive an incorrect size or wrong product.
Returns will not be accepted due to personal preference, change of mind, or if the product is no longer needed.
5.2 Return Conditions
Returned products must:
Be unused and unworn.
Remain in their original packaging.
Include all tags, accessories, manuals, gifts, or promotional items.
5.3 Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.
For imported pre-order products, refund requests due to delivery delays will only be considered after the maximum delivery period (including any officially communicated extension) has passed.
5.4 Exchange Requests
Customers requesting an exchange for a different color or style (without product defects) will be charged a service fee of BDT 200, along with applicable delivery charges.
6. Customer Responsibilities
6.1 Customers must provide complete and accurate contact and delivery information.
6.2 Any fraudulent activity, misuse of the website, or intentional refusal of genuine orders may result in order cancellation and appropriate legal action.
6.3 Customers or their authorized representatives should be available to receive the parcel at the scheduled delivery time.
7. Updates to These Terms
BSTEP reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website after such changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.

১. সাধারণ তথ্য
১.১ এই শর্তাবলী BSTEP -এর ওয়েবসাইট ও সেবার সকল ব্যবহারকারীর জন্য প্রযোজ্য।
১.২ আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার বা অর্ডার করার মাধ্যমে আপনি এই শর্তাবলী মেনে নিচ্ছেন বলে গণ্য হবে।
১.৩ শর্তাবলীর কোনো অংশে আপনার আপত্তি থাকলে অনুগ্রহ করে আমাদের সেবা ব্যবহার থেকে বিরত থাকুন।
২. পণ্য ও প্রি-অর্ডার সংক্রান্ত তথ্য
২.১ BSTEP আন্তর্জাতিক বিশ্বস্ত সরবরাহকারীদের কাছ থেকে পণ্য সংগ্রহ করে। "Pre-Order" হিসেবে চিহ্নিত পণ্যগুলো অর্ডার নিশ্চিত হওয়ার পর আমদানি করা হয়।
২.২ পণ্যের বিবরণ, ছবি ও স্পেসিফিকেশন মূল বিক্রেতার তথ্যের ভিত্তিতে প্রদান করা হয়। উৎপাদন প্রক্রিয়া, আলোর তারতম্য বা ডিসপ্লে সেটিংসের কারণে সামান্য পার্থক্য থাকতে পারে।
২.৩ আমরা কোনো স্বতন্ত্র পরীক্ষাগারে পণ্যের উপাদান যাচাই করি না। তাই নির্দিষ্ট উপাদান সম্পর্কে ল্যাব-সার্টিফাইড নিশ্চয়তা প্রদান করা সম্ভব নয়।
২.৪ আন্তর্জাতিক অর্ডার নিশ্চিত করার জন্য আংশিক অথবা সম্পূর্ণ অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট প্রয়োজন হতে পারে। কিছু COD অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে একটি ছোট নিরাপত্তা জামানত নেওয়া হতে পারে, যা নির্ধারিত নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী ফেরতযোগ্য।
৩. অর্ডার সংক্রান্ত নীতিমালা
৩.১ শুধুমাত্র আমাদের অফিসিয়াল ওয়েবসাইটে প্রদর্শিত পণ্য অর্ডার করা যাবে।
৩.২ "Pre-Order" পণ্য বিদেশ থেকে আমদানি করা হয় এবং নির্ধারিত সময় অনুযায়ী সরবরাহ করা হয়।
৩.৩ "In Stock" পণ্য স্থানীয় স্টক থেকে দ্রুত ডেলিভারি দেওয়া হয়।
৩.৪ সম্পূর্ণ Cash on Delivery সুবিধা শুধুমাত্র নির্দিষ্ট স্টক পণ্যের জন্য প্রযোজ্য।
৩.৫ প্রি-অর্ডারের জন্য পেমেন্ট নিশ্চিত হওয়ার পর অর্ডার বাতিল করা যাবে না।
৪. ডেলিভারি
৪.১ ওপেন বক্স সুবিধা
ডেলিভারির সময় ডেলিভারি প্রতিনিধির উপস্থিতিতে পণ্য খুলে দেখে গ্রহণ করার সুযোগ রয়েছে।
৪.২ স্থানীয় ডেলিভারি সময়
ঢাকা: প্রায় ২ কর্মদিবস
ঢাকার বাইরে: প্রায় ৩–৪ কর্মদিবস
৪.৩ প্রি-অর্ডার ডেলিভারি
সাধারণত ২০–৩০ কর্মদিবস সময় লাগে।
৪.৪ বিশেষ পরিস্থিতি
কাস্টমস, আন্তর্জাতিক ছুটি, আবহাওয়া, এয়ার কার্গো বা অন্যান্য অনাকাঙ্ক্ষিত কারণে অতিরিক্ত ১৫–২০ কর্মদিবস সময় লাগতে পারে।
৪.৫ ওয়ারেন্টি
বিদেশ থেকে সরাসরি আমদানিকৃত পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে বিক্রয়-পরবর্তী ওয়ারেন্টি প্রদান করা হয় না। তাই ডেলিভারির সময় ওপেন বক্স সুবিধা ব্যবহার করে পণ্য যাচাই করার অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে।
৫. রিটার্ন, এক্সচেঞ্জ ও রিফান্ড
৫.১ শুধুমাত্র নিচের ক্ষেত্রে রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জ গ্রহণযোগ্য—
পণ্য ত্রুটিপূর্ণ হলে।
ভুল পণ্য বা ভুল সাইজ সরবরাহ করা হলে।
ব্যক্তিগত পছন্দ পরিবর্তন বা প্রয়োজন না থাকলে রিটার্ন গ্রহণ করা হবে না।
৫.২ রিটার্নকৃত পণ্য অবশ্যই অব্যবহৃত অবস্থায়, মূল প্যাকেজিং, ট্যাগ ও সকল আনুষঙ্গিক সামগ্রীসহ ফেরত দিতে হবে।
৫.৩ অনুমোদিত রিফান্ড সাধারণত ৩–৭ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে সম্পন্ন করা হয়।
প্রি-অর্ডার পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে সর্বোচ্চ নির্ধারিত ডেলিভারি সময় অতিক্রম করার পরই বিলম্বজনিত রিফান্ডের আবেদন গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে।
৫.৪ শুধুমাত্র রং বা ডিজাইন পরিবর্তনের জন্য এক্সচেঞ্জ করলে ২০০ টাকা সার্ভিস চার্জ এবং প্রযোজ্য ডেলিভারি খরচ প্রযোজ্য হবে।
৬. গ্রাহকের দায়িত্ব
৬.১ সঠিক নাম, মোবাইল নম্বর ও ডেলিভারি ঠিকানা প্রদান করা গ্রাহকের দায়িত্ব।
৬.২ প্রতারণামূলক কার্যকলাপ, ভুয়া অর্ডার বা ওয়েবসাইটের অপব্যবহার শনাক্ত হলে অর্ডার বাতিল করা হতে পারে এবং প্রয়োজনীয় আইনগত ব্যবস্থা নেওয়া হতে পারে।
৬.৩ নির্ধারিত সময়ে গ্রাহক বা তার প্রতিনিধি ডেলিভারি গ্রহণের জন্য উপস্থিত থাকবেন।
৭. শর্তাবলীর পরিবর্তন
BSTEP প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী যেকোনো সময় এই শর্তাবলী সংশোধন বা হালনাগাদ করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে। সংশোধনের পর ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার অব্যাহত রাখলে তা নতুন শর্তাবলী গ্রহণ হিসেবে বিবেচিত হবে।
